I find the hardest part of refereeing soccer is judging the difference between "letting them play" and "calling a foul", i.e. the marginal calls. Some refs, coaches and parents would have you make the call and maybe they are right, but you the ref decide the infringement was not serious enough to stop the game ("this ref is not calling anything"). Players do like to play.
Now we have Youtube and other video links, does anyone know of a video link(s) that addresses fouls, using video examples, and illustrates what is and what isn't a foul?
